Tips & Tricks
To serve
Crémant de Bourgogne is served at a temperature roughly between 6 ° and 8 ° C. Ideally, the bottle should be placed in an ice bucket.
The choice of glass is also important and depends on two considerations: aesthetic and technical. We prefer the flute to the coupe so that the bubbles last longer. Ideally the glass should have a single "sparkle point" marking at the base of the glass, otherwise wipe it with a clean cloth to encourage the creation of bubbles.
Party Calculator
A 75cl bottle will provide about 5 to 6 flutes.
The general rule is to provide 1 bottle of sparkling wine for 2 guests. We have provided here a calculator that can help you organize your event.

Cocktails
Le Spritz ‘français’!
First of all, put 3 or 4 ice cubes and a half slice of orange in a stemmed glass, then pour on 1/3 Apérol or Campari then 2/3 of our PETRONE 68 Brut Blanc de Blanc, finishing with a little sparkling water.
Dip a spoon into the bottom of the glass to gently lift the Apérol or the Campari without losing the bubbles!
The Royal Mojito
Choose an elegant glass, put fresh mint leaves at the bottom of the glass, and squeeze a fresh lime over the mint. Crush it all with a spoon or ideally a pestle.
Then pour on 1cl cane sugar syrup. Add 6cl Cuban rum.
Add crushed ice and mix.
The finishing touch: complete with our PETRONE 68 Brut Blanc de Blanc or Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Authentique.
Mix gently so you don't lose the bubbles!
